Founded in 2010 by Robert Blake and Peter Kerin, Oak Developments is a privately owned residential property developer based in Bedfordshire. We specialise in delivering high-quality new homes, from one-off luxury properties to bespoke developments of up to 50 units across carefully selected sites in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and the surrounding areas

Our focus is on thoughtful design, quality construction, and creating homes that blend seamlessly into their surroundings. We work closely with trusted consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure every development meets the highest standards, both in build quality and overall living experience.

Oak Developments is proud to have built a strong reputation for reliability, integrity, and delivering well-considered homes. Much of our work comes from repeat business and long-standing relationships within the industry, a reflection of our commitment to excellence in every project.
